My husband found Water Feature Supply online and decided that he wanted a wall fountain for our home. Call it a midlife crisis, but he was dying to get find one that we could put into our living room. He gave me their website's address and told me I could pick the fountain but it had to be for under $2,000. I found a few options I liked but the model we really wanted was $2,199...over my budget. I called and spoke to Patrick and explained the issue with my budget. He said he understood and that he would give us a $200 discount so that we could afford the fountain.
 I purchased the Inspiration Falls wall fountain from Water Feature Supply about three months ago. We ordered ours with green slate and a rustic copper frame to match our space. My family loves the fountain, which I hung in our common room, and it has been running almost non stop since we first turned it on. We had a few issues with the installation, but we called the number on the website and they helped explain how to get everything set up.

I called Patrick last week to get help with the fountain I had purchased, the pump was making an awful amount of noise. He immediately knew what the problem was and offered to send out two replacement pump pads for my unit. Once again they did an excellent job with my order.

I was referred to Water Feature Supply by the manager of the Sheraton in San Diego. They had two of their fountains installed in the spa and I wanted to know where I could order one. He said he has worked with this company and had really enjoyed his experience. I called them and decided to order that day, my wall fountain arrived a few weeks later. It looks very modern and I have it hanging in my bedroom. Installing the fountain was not as difficult as I thought it would be, I had my brother and his friend come over to help.

I recently bought a tabletop fountain from this company, it arrived in less than two weeks and was exactly the way it had been described on the website.

My husband and I decided to renovate our master bathroom. We are dreamers so we thought it would be cool to have a fountain installed between the wall that separates the tub from the shower. We figured if we could find someone to supply us with the component we could handle building the rest. My husband, Jeff, called and spoke with Patrick Maloy who convinced him to just let his company build the entire fountain, which we could then insert in the space we created in the wall. We both loved this idea and were excited when he said this was something he recommended. The price was much lower than we thought it would be and when the fountain arrived we were more than happy with the way it looked. Our bathroom looks amazing and is one of our favorite rooms now :)

Water Feature Supply did an excellent job helping us find the right floor fountain for our space. They shipped the unit directly to our business location which made installing it that much easier. They helped us with our logo and created a nice design, which we approved. All said, we love the fountain and enjoyed working with Patrick and his team.

We recently redesigned our office space and were looking to install a freestanding water feature to separate a space between two areas in our main room. I went online and found the website http://waterfeaturesuppl… which had several hundred options to choose from. I was a bit overwhelmed so I called them so that they could help narrow down the possibilities. I was very impressed with the comprehensive understanding their team had for design in general, they understood what we were trying to do and immediately sent over several suggestions. They asked us to take some pictures of the space we would be installing it in, so that they could have their designer create some digital mockups. We did and they sent us several mock ups which really did help us to make a final decision. In the end we decided on the Tranquil River, which was somewhat difficult to install, but other than that, we love it! The team at Water Feature Supply did an excellent job, were in constant communication with us, and gave us a discount, I would definitely recommend working with them.

 WFS delivered our fountain in under three weeks and made sure to communicate with us during the entire process. My clients say they love coming to my office now because of the wall fountain; I would seriously refer any of my closest friends to work with this company. What I liked the most was working with the highly trained specialists and learning all I needed to know. When my friends ask me where I got my wall waterfall, I tell them without hesitation, Water Feature Supply. Five stars out of Five, these guys are good.
